I purchased Password Resetter almost 2 weeks ago. My password is still not reset! I had been in email contact with their support team but they just quit communicating and didn’t return my email. I just sent another directly from their website and I’m really hoping to hear from them. I was not able to download the program on my locked computer, downloaded it on my laptop. Getting it from the USB or CD onto my Sony Vaio has been impossible up to this point. I’ve done the boot priorities and read the directions very carefully and followed them to a “T” but my Sony is just not even recognizing the program.

I accidentally ordered this product twice and it charged me twice. I could never get the system to work. As far as being able to communicate with these people, it’s impossible. I e-mailed them 5 times about the over payment and never got a response, non the less, this DOESN’T work!! BE WARE!
